THE FOOTNOTES

THE FOOTNOTES are a roving trio featuring violin, vocals, guitar and
guitarron (Mexican bass). Being totally acoustic and portable THE FOOTNOTES
are able to perform anywhere. Whether it be table to table, group to group, or
person to person the band and the music are both festive and uplifting. A huge
selection of country, swing, fiddle tunes, classic rock & roll and singalongs make
the group perfect for indoor and outdoor parties, receptions, festivals, fairs,
markets, restaurants and corporate events. With a wealth of experience

the right atmosphere.

MIKE FAHEY
(guitar, vocals)

Mike is one of the Ottawa valley's busiest and most popular performers.
Interacting with the audience is his specialty. With an incredible
repertoire of country, swing, old standards, classic rock & roll and
singalongs, his lively vocals and rhythmic guitar playing can keep people
entertained indefinitely.

PETER DAWSON
(violin)

Peter has been an Ottawa valley resident since the 1960's. He has recorded
17 albums of fiddle tunes and has played with the best in a variety of
musical settings throughout Canada and the USA from his home in Kelowna BC
to The Maritimes and from Wheeling West Virginia to The Grand Ole Opry. In
2005 Peter was inducted into The North American Fiddlers Hall of Fame. His
expert musicianship and enormous repertoire combined with his amazing energy
make for great entertainment.

ANDY DUFFY
(bass, piano, keyboard, vocals)

Andy is an accomplished player, composer, arranger and band leader with many
years experience playing a variety of styles from jazz to pop, country to gospel,
dance bands to rock & roll. He anchors the group on acoustic bass or rounds out
the sound on piano with his eclectic style and strong musicianship.

THE FOOTNOTES also perform as a trio featuring piano, violin, guitar and
vocals which is ideal for stage performances.

When the group performs with guitar, vocals, fiddle, keyboards, bass and
drums it is known throughout the Ottawa valley as UP FOR THE RIDE,
a western swing and classic country band acclaimed for its excellent
dance music.
